MappingGenerator End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between the End User, and Cezary Piątek (the "Author") for the use of this software product (called "Software"). By installing and/or using the Software, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of license
Author grants you only a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Software. The Software is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this Agreement. License key may be used by one user on any number of computers. No user support or maintenance is provided as part of this Agreement. License key is activated for a specific software version described in the format YYYY.MM and gives perpertual access to this specific version, as well as to updates for a period of one year.

1.1 Personal license
Personal license is for private users only, it cannot be bought by a company. It allows for non-commercial as well as commercial usage. It can be used on any number of computers, but only by the person who bought the license. 

1.2 Enterprise license 
Enterprise license is intended for companies. A company is not allowed to buy a Personal license. Enterprise license allows for non-commercial as well as commercial usage.

1.2.1 Enterprise license (Single User)
Separate license key needs to be purchased for each developer who is going to use MappingGenerator. Single license key cannot be shared but can be moved between developers after obtaining individual consent from the MappingGenerator author.

1.2.2 Enterprise license (Unlimited Users)
The company needs to buy only single licence key which can be shared by any number of users working for that company. The license key connot be shared or moved to users working for a different company.

2. Restrictions and limitations
You may not lease, rent, or sell the Software or license key. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software for the purpose of circumventing license limitations or creating competing products.

3. Governing Law
This End User Licence Agreement is governed by Polish law and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts in the event of any dispute.

4. Disclaimer

The Software is provided by the Author and accepted by the End User "as is". The Authoror will not be liable for any general, special, incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of production, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any other business or economic disadvantage suffered by the End User arising out of the use or failure to use the Software.
The Author makes no warranty expressed or implied regarding the fitness of the Software for a particular purpose or that the Software will be suitable or appropriate for the specific requirements of the End User. 
The Author makes no warranty expressed or implied regarding the fitness of the Software in case of any future changes in the hosting environment.
The Author does not warrant that use of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. The End User accepts that software in general is prone to bugs and flaws within an acceptable level as determined in the industry.
